What would it take to build an app like…
Pick a product you already know and see what building something of the same shape actually involves — the sides it has to serve, the feature tiers, the architecture its traffic demands and the compliance it carries. Then price your own version in the calculator.

How these estimates are produced
The same way every other number on this site is.
The product shape is observed, not researched
Each profile describes what any user of the product can see — the applications it presents, the roles it serves, the capabilities it evidently has. Nothing describes what the company spent, earns, employs or runs on, because that information is not public and inventing it would be worse than useless.
The cost comes from the engine
That shape becomes a real configuration — platforms, app type, features, integrations, compliance, traffic — which is priced by the same calculator the rest of the site runs on. No figure on an app page is typed in by hand, so none of them can drift from the calculator.
Three readings, not one number
Every page separates an MVP, a complete competitor, and rebuilding everything the mature product does today. Almost nobody asking the question means the third, and quoting it as the answer would price a decade of product development as though it were a project.
Or price your own idea instead
Five questions, an itemised estimate, and nothing behind a form.
